Returns

Due to the nature of our product (food seasoning), returns are not accepted once the product has been opened or used.

We only accept returns if:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unopened and unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once your return request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Late return requests

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
